Hi, I've just joined this forum from Sydney , Australia .

I'm an empowerment coach who uses, martial arts, boxing and some
down-under inspiration to help others. I've run boxing, martial arts and self defences classes for 2 decades, including an accreditation course for personal trainers and sports coaches. On this forum i hope to help others who might have specific boxing fitness or martial arts questions. Also my own weight loss story may help to inspire others. Hope to meet you ! Patrick
 
I do a lot of boxing training too also. It's a good way to get your cardio workout in. My favorite is working out on the speed bag and also the heavy bag. Sometimes I actually think it's better that running.

Thanks for the welcome Patrick - I wonder if everyone on this forum is called Patrick!! Yes it's great training the old boxing , it can be over a bit quicker than running which is good too..especially if it's a first round knockout !

The best thing that I like about is that it not only keeps you in great shape, but I would hate for someone to run up on me and start a fight!

They will be messing with the wrong person my friend!

I did "boxercise" for a while--I can't run at all so for someone like me it's the perfect work-out :) Welcome to the forum!
