New member, any advice?

Like stated, I'm new to this forum. I'm 24 years old, 5'10 172 lbs, just getting back into working out after about 2 and a half years off. I'm looking to add a little size and just tone up overall. Right now, I've got a routine down, chest and tri's on Monday, back and bi's on Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, then I double up on cardio Thursday and Friday. I also work ab's, at least 15 minutes of cardio EVERYday, whether I want to or not. Post workout, I drink MuscleMilk and take a multivitamin daily each morning. I've also been eating salads, turkey sandwiches, oatmeal, bananas instead of anything fastfood/fatty foods.

Sound like a decent setup? Anything I should change? Add? Should I add another chest/arm exercise later in the week? I'm already seeing some pretty decent gains in the week and a half I've been going to the gym. I've definitely slimmed down(found a new setting on my belt), and I feel much better overall.

Quick question to add. Should I be doing more than one upper body workout a week? Like say chest, tri's on monday and thursday, while doing back and bi's on tuesday and friday? How much time in between workouts is sufficient? I want to allow time for my body to recover, but I'd like to get as much out of my workouts as possible.

Anybody?

Full body workout. Focus on variations of these movements:

Squat
Deadlift
Bench Press
Bent Over Row
Military Press
Chin Up

Good luck.
