cool I'm 32 and looking for a good fitness regime, Ive started training for track events mainly 100 and 200, my best time is 11.2s but i can assure you i over exerted and was sick, but i did it, i wonder what you would suggest for me as I'm starting from zero, i can only go up from here, i know at our age we are in our prime now so to speak in terms of strength and ability to train harder, hence why I'm kicking my ass into shape, Ive not treated my body well over the last 10 years, and it shows, but i am gifted in running, tainted by smoking 30 a day and eating crap. I'm ideal weight at 11.5 stone-12 6ft 2", I'm deadly serious about changing my outlook to something more positive, and I'm majorly competitive. I'm just gutted that when my mum told me to train for London Olympics i shunned it, and never did so, what a bad move, I've been so emotional about it, that its now or never, what sort of thing do you do? and would you be interested in working a plan out with me that will suit what I'm trying to achieve? I'd quite enjoy someone the same age to share idea's with..
cheers shaun
