Hello to all. I guess I'll give my stats...I'm 19, 5'3, and 140 pounds. I've struggled with my weight since I was very young. In 7th grade I was a size 6, then a year or two later an 8, then a 10, and now I have plateaued between 10 and 12. I'm not obese or in serious condition, but my weight has given me many mild breathing and maybe even stomach problems and of course there's that whole self-esteem issue. My ultimate goal is to get down to a size 4, and around 115 pounds. I have tried and failed many diets and fitness plans without any results, and now I am seriously thinking about attending a weight loss camp this summer because I'm at my wit's end with doing it alone and would love to have some weight gone before I return to school in the fall. Plus the idea that I would be doing it with people in the same situation sounds really nice since all of my friends in real life are the opposite of overweight. ANYWAY, that's my sob story. I hope all is well with each of you and I look forward to reading up on the boards!
