new job -- need to lift heavier objects

Hey folks,

this is probably a forum that is spammed with these kinds of questions, but id really appriciate some input if it could be provided.

First off, im 21, 123lbs, medium frame, kinda skinny. I bike everywhere, which is about 20km a day.

I need to be able to lift over 60lbs. I was just wondering if I could build enough arm muscle in 20 days.

What is the best way to build muscle for lifting? And diet? high protein?

I dont have that information. I assume it would be off the ground and/or off a truck to the worksite -- i hope. I dont think i would have to lift 60lbs over my head..
 
then arm strenght isent really your biggest worry. Read around the forum for a full body routine. Search for it.
