New Intro

Hi everyone. I am new this this website. I found it today after looking for sites that would have buddies to share in weight loss. I need to lose about 70 lbs. I think I am finally at a point in my life where I am committed to it. I am exercising 5 days a week and starting to eat right. I joined fitday to keep track of my food and wow, that was an eye opener about how many calories some things have. I think that is my problem, I think I am eating healthy and low carlorie but I am not and that is why I am losing weight so slow. So my goal is to keep track of what I am eating and stick to about 1500 calories a day. I joined the March challenge and I hope to succeed. To me though, every pound lost is a success!!!
