Hi, I'm new here. I'm a teenage girl who has already lost weight( from 163 pounds to 139 pounds)
Sorry to say, I've hit a plataeu and no matter what I do, it seems the scale alternates between 139.9 to 139.0.
I eat oatmeal and one egg in the morning with an apple, banana, and blueberries and 20 oz. of water( around 8 a.m.)
I don't eat until my stomach growls or it has been at least 4 hours since I last ate. I eat, a sandwich, or 1/4 cup of salmon with another apple, blueberries and grapes.
At dinner, maybe soup and salad, or rice and tomatoes...with another apple and another portion of fruit.
In the end, I get about 900-1300 calories in.
As for my workout routine, I start out with jump roping for a total of maybe 10 minutes, then like 20 squats and lunges. I do kickbacks, jumping jacks and freestyle(best i can,lol)That's maybe 30-45 minutes long. Then, I go outside, in the hot sun that makes me sweat, to walk my dog for another 30 minutes.
Lately, I've been craving nothing,but sweets. My questions are, have I been eating enough because I did a bmr online and it was like 1,494. I cut back 500 calories but that would allow me to have 994 calories, and that's below what's right. Idk right now...Someone help, btw, skewl starts on the 20th of August, and I'd like to lose another 10-15 pounds
