Hi! i am new, im 21, 5'6 and about 190 pounds, my weight fluctuates often, I am Native American, so i have a wide bone structure, and my weight either looks obvious, or hidden. I have managed to get this new weight gain in my stomach and back only!!! i have thin atheltic legs, small butt, and athletic arms, but hold everything in the torso.
anyways...my boyfriend is on his deployment, and we both made this goal to be healthier and come back to each other healthy and happy! <333
he comes back in 3 months exactly...and while hes been doing an awesome job and im so happy for him...
i havent been doing so great, had some depressed times, took time off work, blah blah...
but im back at work, have a new outlook, and looking to lose as much as i can and firm up by Aug 31 2007.
any tips or help would be appreciated!!! thanks!
