New here

My names Eli, i'm in high school i'm enlisting in the marine corps hopefully next month. That's why i turned here i'm currently 5'8" 200 lbs i run 2 miles 5 times a week and do various kalisthenics as well everyday, after my initial 6 pounds i just cant lose anymore weight! I went into the recruiting office at 206 lb and that was probaly a month or so ago but ive only been working out conistently for about 2 weeks now. I did a pretty rough estimate and i consume about 1600 calories most days and in the 2000 region on PT days. I need to be able to do 2 pullups 44 crunches and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes by january i can already do the crunches and running but i can not do the pull ups yet. I was told the best way to achieve this is to lose weight, on top of trying to lose weight ive been doing at least 100 bicep curls at 30 pounds a day(i started at 15 lbs so im definitely getting stronger). I guess what im asking is how do i shed this weight, and also what are some other good exercises to increase my strength for dead hang pullups? Forgot to mention i don't eat breakfast although ive read many things on fasting idk if thats whats killing me or not ive heard eating more can actually help due to starving your body slows down your metabolism, but also that simply not eating can be very effective as well. Let me know, thanks.
