Hi, I'm looking to lose weight and get fit. I am 5'3" and weigh 191 lbs. I want to get down to 140 lbs at least and then see where I go from there. I've been here once before and I think maybe having the motivation from everybody else on here will help to inspire me to lose the weight.

What types of workouts are you doing?

Hi Kimmyluna1!

I guess the motivation you are seeking for is in with you. Start doing what you want to do but don't be harsh to your self do it gradually and meanwhile when you sees the improvements you will become more motivated. By the way I'm Savannah newbie here.
