Hi everyone, my name is Mandy and I'm new here. I was just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have decided it's time to make a huge lifestyle change. Since my diagnosis last month I've lost 6lb and looking to lose a LOT more! I'm 5' and weigh in at 217lb. I'm hoping to get down to 150, if not even lower. I'm hoping to find some guidance here on how to accomplish that goal through exercise (already began counting calories and walking on a treadmill).
