new here!

hello everyone, my name is Cassie. I am 19
I used to be extremely fit, then I relapsed into my eating disorder, after gaining the weight that I lost (and more!) I am no longer fit, and I am actually (for the first time in my life) overweight!

not obese, just overweight

so, I am looking to get fit again!
any help is greatly appreciated

I am also a member of a running forum, I am on week 6 of the couch to 5 k program
 
hi cassie, im new too. im also trying to get in shape but its really difficult to motivate myself. im not overweight i am just extremely unfit. like i run for a minute and i pass out.
