new here

hi all, this is my first post so go easy on me ...
Nariu from Portugal and if u dont mind i will refer weight in kg.
I was over 100kg 3 years ago (~105kg) and i started to do little exercise and reformulate all that i ate, started to make myself eat veggies even if i didnt like it ( and now i do =) ) mouth shut on white bread, sugar, potatoes, pizzas and other trash food.
1 year after i was on my current weight (~92kg) which i am being able to maintain it till today ( 2 years passed ) but i started to eat sugar and some pizzas/lazzanha and such cause my wife ( 52kg ) loves it. Its extremelly hard to see her eating ice-creams and cookies and not take a nibble here and there, and we all know a bite today is a whole box of cookies tomorrow.
I am 1,80mt tall and i have 90% of my extra weight on my torso ( man boobs and belly ) where my legs and arms are quite normal.
I started reading stuff here and im almost done gathering mental strenght to start a new diet.
Only question i need to ask is " i have got my left arm completelly busted, 3 tendonitis ( forarm elbow and shoulder ) and fibrosis on forarm meaning i cant go pumpin iron to a gym cause my weak arm is really weaker and only running in a gym gets boring. But can i do nrol with low weight at home ?!? "
Thkx for your patience reading my " wall of text " and please redirect me to any reading you may find good for me! I think i need fun diversified cardio to do at home ... my wife will apreciate for sure ... =)
