Hey guys! I'm James and Ive heard great things about this forum so I decided to give it a shot. I guess I'm just looking for pointers and new ideas to add to my workout!!! Heres an example of what I normally do
Jump Rope (150 rev)
DB Swings (30-50 reps)
Sit Ups (25-30)
Dips (12-15)
Leg Raise (15)
Clean/Press (15)
Push-Ups (10)
One Arm Row (15)
*rest 30-6- seconds between*Repeat circuit 3xs ( 3 days per week)
**2 days per week 30 minutes of cardio.
