New here

Hi,

I'm Luke and have started going to the gym to get the weight off. finally! I'm not going as much as I'd like to seeing as I don't drive and my mate takes me. Let's face it, these gyms don't seem to be anywhere normal :confused:

My target is to get back down to around 10st, lost 1, 6 to go :)

keep it up luke, im sure you'll make your goals if you remain dedicated

Just gotta make sure that I don't go too mad cos I don't want saggy skin. The last time I lost weight, I went from around 13st to 9 and din't get saggy skin, this time, it's more weight and don't want this.

im sure if you train proper, eat proper you wont have a skin issue. I lost 110 pounds and I dont have any lose skin, well i had a bit on my stomach but not anymore.
