Hi i'm Jude and just registered. Going to have a good look around to see what it's all about.
 
I've been doing Zumba, Kettle Bell, walking and watching what i eat for about 2 1/2 months now. Because of the exercise i understand that i wouldn't loose weight initially but would probably gain weight as muscle is heavier but when can i expect to start loosing the lbs ?
 
Welcome to the forum.

A lot of us can watch what we eat and indeed eat healthily - but end up eating more calories than we should be eating in order to successfully lose weight... I suggest that you carefully add up how many calories you are eating - writing everything down and weighing everything... Every bite that you eat and drink needs to be counted... I suspect that you will be eating more calories than you think... Most of us have been there and done that - and that seems to account for it a lot of the time... Bringing the calories into line often makes a huge difference.

You certainly sound like you are doing a lot of exercise... I do a lot of walking and zumba too... I did 6 hours of zumba last week - so you will see how much I love it.
