I have looked over several postings and see that everyone has had some success on the many numerous plans, companies and programs. I have yet to see anything about AdvoCare. Real quick... last August I was 278 pounds and my wife bought into the distributorship to save 20% on her future orders. She bought the 24 Day Challenge and after completing that, I lost 18lbs and 19 inches overall. Continuing on with products, I'm down to 236lbs pant size from 46 to 38 (loose). I have been meet with nothing but the best in support for not only weight loss but financial freedom as well. Good luck to all on whatever program that works for you! ~Brian

Hi Ironhead and Asylum,
I am new on here as well. It is great to find another support area, for weight loss accountability. I also started a weight loss journey with my daughter Jessica on January 23, 2013. We are actually doing the Omni program and have had amazing results as well. My daughter weighed 297 and to this day May 5, 2013 she has lost 73.8 pounds and I have lost 32.6. we are very excited to be on a journey to a happier and healthier life. And it is so awesome to have support groups that help us stay focused and true to ourselves, because life does get in the way sometimes, negative people try to pull you down because they are jealous of your progress, so it is very comforting to know that the struggle is not such a struggle when you have a friend that is doing the same thing. Good luck on your progress I will cheer you on as well.
God Bless. Cindy

Welcome to the forum.

It is great that you have found a plan which works for you.

I suggest that you read the following thread - it may help you settle in and make friends
http://weight-loss.fitness.com/threads/57955-My-advice-to-newcomers

It is also worth you reading the rules of the forum - to ensure that you do not breach our rather strict rules about advertising.

People here will encourage you in your journey - but I am afraid that you will have to guard against advertising your wife's distributorship.

Good luck with your project.
