Hi all. I am a mom of 4 who has been trying to lose weight for a couple years now. I'm not one for trying diets or trends. I simply eat as healthy as I can (but, let's be real... I can't resist ice cream!)
My husband and I have started exercising together every day. He was in the military for 13 years, so he's in pretty good shape. I, on the other hand, have gotten lazy.
I feel like I'm on a good road, though! We do cross fit 3 times a week and cardio the other 2 days... and rest on the weekends. I do use products to help me along the way as well. So far, with those products, plus working out, I've lost 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks as well as over 8 inches around my mid-section, between my waist, tummy and hips. I'm pretty happy with that!!!!
I feel more motivated than ever and have been able to help some of the people at the gym that my husband and I go to as well!
