Hi Everyone!

I am new here! I am a stay at home mom to 3 boys. This year is big for me because it is the year that they will ALL be in school!

First time in 10 years that I will actually have a few hours a day to actually think of myself! I am going into september with high hopes for myself but fear that I will become unmotivated once again!

My husband likes to pretend to be supportive of my weight loss but that usually ends quickly. I feel that I am alone and really really need support and motivation!!!
 
AHiya :) Welcome to the forum! Nice to have you here. So what do you plan to do in your spare time, while your kids are all in school? Do you have much weight to lose? It can be quite fun if you let it be, and sometimes it may seem difficult.. you could find some nice healthy recipes to cook for your family. What do you plan to be doing/eating to lose weight?
 
AOh I dream of the day that both my kids are in school full time. Right now I have one that goes all day and one that goes half a day....so I'm close..but yet soooo far away..lol. Just wanted to say welcome to the forum and good luck to you! :)
 
Thank you! I am excited to have found this site and Hope that it is just what I needed!!

I have 3 boys, they are 3,6 and 9... So the little one is only half days as well.

So I really only have 2 1/2 hours a day. BUT in that time I am hoping to be able to do some walking and also planning! That is a big downfall for me is being prepared!

I have quite a bit to lose. About 80 pounds.

I am always looking for ideas for snacks, dinners etc so if anyone has tried something that they love please feel free to let me know!!
