Hi there, I am new here, and I am on a journey. When I was little I was heavy, then around 11 I started to lose weight, and get in shape. I started working out 2 times a day, and walking too. By the time I was 18(190lbs muscle) I was in very good shape compared to other kids my age. I was also using alcohol, and other things to deal with stress. When I turned 20 i had some major events happen again, but I had stopped drugging and stuff, so I turned to food again. I have put on 130lbs in 11 years. most of it was in the first year.
I am here to try something different, and get this under control again, and I have recently stopped drinking a 12 pack a day, or a bottle a day.
i am 330lbs, and on a mission to get back down to at least 200lbs. When I was in sports, I could lose 20lbs in 2 weeks, and do it healthy, but now I am going to be challenged.
Long story short, I am glad to be here, and ready to feel good, and look good
again.
