Hi Mike, if you check your lower abs, you CAN see some difference. Plus, due to fat, previously you had a hour-glass figure. now its much rigid.

Start some exercise for your abs.

but, well done.

I had that same problem when I started loosing alot - start doing some weight training, the whole body. It burns alot of extra calories all day, and it makes your skin tighten up alot (at least it did for me). I never did real heavy weights because I don't want to bulk up alot, just tone up. Within weeks you'll see a huge difference.

See a difference??

Absolutely! Your abs, chest and shoulders/arms are thinning up. I agree with the other posters that say to add strength training. Light to start... and work up from there. If you've never done any strength training, get a trainer or coach at least in the beginning to make sure you do the exercises properly with good balance and technique. Moderate will tone you up eventually, Heavy will tone you quickly and bulk up the areas we want bulked. It helped me with the loose skin last time around as well and is best when started early.

Do note that your "weight" on the scale will seem to slow down once you start strength training. DON'T PANIC! :chillpill: The reason is simple: You are building muscle at the same time you are cutting fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so while you might lose as much as 30 or 40 lbs of fat over a few months, you may only show 15 - 20lbs difference on the scale. It will be visually evident fairly quickly. It will show up on the calipers. And will most definitely show up in how your clothes fit!

Contrary to what some people believe, fat comes off in sheets. You generally lose about the same in all areas: butt, abs, breasts, back. legs, arms, etc. So while you are getting smaller, your overall shape doesn't change a lot unless you are building muscle underneath.

Sorry I got a bit long winded.... Great job and keep it up!!

Thanks everyone and yeah i've been working out on my total gym it's probably not as effective as free weights but it's getting the job done
