Hi, I'm Tori just looking to join a fitness forum to keep motivated. I was doing so well in July this year and then major stress hit and I'm back to where I started, maybe a bit worse for wear. This time I'm keeping up with diet and fitness to get back to my usual size and start living again! My fitness diary is basically for now, to fast a bit, alternating with fresh juices and veggies to kickstart my diet, then keep on track with a daily fitness routine. I figure writing about this will keep me on track.
