New here

I've been looking around this site for a few days and sure am glad I found it.

I'm new to all of this, as I've never done anything with weights or dieting. I just gained 5# every year after I quit smoking. My problem is I quit smoking 23 years ago. My weight went up but this was the first year it bothered me when hunting pheasants with my English Setter and Springer Spaniel. So I joined a 24/7 national franchise gym that has reciprocity when I travel.

I'll look around some more and then put my information on here as I could really use some help to do this the right way.

If you travel a lot, i would recommend getting a stretch band. Men's Fitness magazine the other month had a couple of great workouts for those who travel that you can do in your hotel room.
