Hello everyone!
Just a quick intro... my name is Jill and I am new here. I am a nursing student living in Canada. I currently weigh 155 lbs, i would like to get down to 130. More than just losing weight though, I would like to be healthy. To me this means exercising at least 3 times a week (preferably more!) and making smart choices in what I chose to eat. I love to bake, but this has caused me trouble while trying to lose weight. I am hoping to try some new recipies that are healthy, and get motivated to stick with the plan. Anyways... that's all for now!
