:coolgleamA:Hi Everyone! I am a newcomer and wanted to say hello!

I work graveyards and was wondering if anyone else has a crazy scehdule like mine? I need to lose about 60 pounds and find it hard to get enough rest and to eat right. I work a sedentary job and need some motvation.

I was thinking about maybe doing one of those fitness boot camps. Anyone here tried those?

Anyways...any advice would be appreciated.
 
Welcome! I have a very sedentary job too, and am now trying to ride my bike as often as I can and also just started back to the gym to work out. I went today for the first time in about 10 or 11 years. I think fitting exercise in the schedule is going to be key for me - maybe what you need too.
I find the Before, During & After pictures here to be very motivating and encouraging.

I know working out is going to be the key for me...My biggest issue is finding the time to do it. I work 45 - 60 hrs a week and I have 3 kids who are active in all sorts of things and on top of all that I homeschool! :nopity:

I know I need to make it a priority and I am having a difficult time putting "ME" first...Every have that problem? :cry:

I want to tell you one thing that:

"Secret of getting ahead is getting started"

So you must have one step in this direction. I know it is not so easy but You should do this if you want healthy body.

Thanks for sharing your secret...You are absolutley right! I am getting started...infact my wonderful husband boughtme an eliptical and I am going to get on it when I wake up! I checked out that website and it is a good one!
