Hello, new to forum.
Started out in Febuary at a not-so-small 15st6, im 5'8
Now im 12st11 and finding the rate of loss has slowed down almost to the point of stopping, i've reached the previous targets and just trying to get to the last one of being under 12st by July.
Hope to find some tips here and keep me going.

Hope so, also sticking around might help me stay on track.
At the moment keeping calorie intake below 2000 a day and exercising 1-2 hours a day, drinking plenty of water and have cut out two of my biggest pitfalls - fizzy drinks and crisps - how does this sound for reaching that goal in 4 weeks?
