I just joined the forum and am excited to get to know you. A little about me. I am 5'6" 147.8 pounds right now. Started diet and exercise again 3 weeks ago and have already lost almost 7 pounds. About 2 years ago I was 122 pounds and worked out religously. I was also running 2.5 miles a couple of times a week but haven't ran in awhile. I do plan on getting back into that though when the weather warms up a little.

My first goal is to reach 138 by March 9th. That is my sons first baseball tournament for this season. My overall goal is to get back to 122.

I'm mad at myself for letting myself get back to this weight and am tired of complaining and ready to do something about it finally. I'm finally on the right track again.

I hope to get to know some of you and hopefully gain support and give it when I can!

Thank you! I already feel so much better about myself. I actually bought some clothes a couple of days ago that I actually thought looked good on me and it's been awhile since I've liked the way that anything looks on me.
