Hi everyone. I'm Kate. I'm 23, newly engaged, and wanting to lose this last few pounds. I'm 5'6.5" and 154.

Really I've had ewight issues my whole life. I tried starving myself and it worked (Ive lost 100 pounds and kept it off for 2 years this way) but I'm scared of what it did to my body. So I want to lose this last 30-50 pounds the "right way".

I really think having a "pal" in my age and weight range will help keep me on track, so if anyone needs a diet buddy email me.
 
30-50 pounds seems to be a lot for your height. Not sure of your frame size, but I would think for your height, 120-130 would be the lowest. Anyway, welcome to the forums and congrats on your recent engagement and weightloss. Good luck.

I think Falco is right - 50 pounds especially would seem like too much!

Starving yourself is never a good option, but it sounds like you know that, what are you doing this time that's different then when you lost the 100 pounds?
