I'm clearly new to this forum. I'm not overweight, but I do have excess fat that I would like to lose and just to start healthier habits (eg. today's the first day in a long long time that I've drunk 2L of water!). I'm 16 years old and somewhere between 171-175cm tall (can never get the same measurement twice!
) and I currently weigh about 58kg - I'd like to drop about 8kg of that, hopefully that'll rid me of the excess flab I have
