Hello =)

I just joined a couple of minutes ago, this forum looks like it would be very helpful. I'm looking for weight loss, as well as toning up and eating healthy!

Right now I'm trying to watch my diet as best I can, but mostly just working out. I work out 5 times a week sometimes more if I'm bored!

I have been exersizing 5 out of 7 too, and I'm really loving it, how do you keep the momentum when ya just don't wanna?
Uni starting soon for me and I fear my time table and work load will squish my goals.
I'm pretty good with the diet thing, wanna keep each other on our toes?
What kinds of exersize do you do?

Sometimes working out is just a chore it seems like I hate doing it sometimes, but when I work out I keep a fitness magazine in front of me and either read it or keep the picture of the body I want open to look at , it keeps me going actually lol.
I'm not too good with the diet yet, just because the foods that are in my house are exactly foods I should eat.

But when I go to the gym I usually do 40 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 on the treadmill. I sometimes lift weights or do situps and crunches stuff like that.

But sure, I definitly need someone to help me keep on my toes!

Welcome to the forum - glad to have you here.

You might want to ask the experts in the harsh truth - or weight loss thru exercise forums about your exercise plan... From what i'm reading in suggestions to others -you might be overcardio'ing (if that's even a word) and you probably want to spend more time on strength training or weight lifting. Just a suggestion when you settle in and get comfortable...

Thanks for the advice, I will ask.
Normally when doing that cardio though the treadmill is like my warm up and my cool down. I do 15 minutes before the elliptical and 15 minutes after. I'm not walking at a fast pace or anything, its just normal walking.
