New here

Hello everyone...

I'm new here. I'm so glad I found the forum. I'm needing some info on what meals and what cardio and weight training would work best.
I am 5'2" 138lbs. I would like to lose 25lbs. I am getting ready to join a gym in a couple weeks and am pretty much lost as to what kind of workout I need to be doing. I was also wondering what kinds of supplements I need.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome!

I wouldn't worry too much about supplements right now. Maybe a multi-vitamin but that's about it.

In terms of a program, I'd try to search and read as much as possible from this forum and other sites.
