New here w/ ? about under arm fat

Hi, My name is Jessica. I am currently trying to lost about 25 pounds. I am 170 and 5'9. I have been eating right and working out but I have this fat in between my breasts and my arm pit. You can see it when I wear strapless dresses of anything. Even when I got down to 150 it was still there.

I have given birth to 4 children and 13 months ago twins so I know I'm gonna have to deal with some things, but any ideas?

Thanks,
Jessica

A few things... you just need to continue to lose body fat. I am not sure how you got down to 150 before, but did you lose body fat or did you lose water and muscle?

Here are 5 tips to fat loss...

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.

2) Drink lots of water :)

3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 24-48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.

4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.

5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. If you need more guidance or exercise ideas you can head over

All of the above things combined will result in fat loss. Best of luck.

Thank you for your response. Before I was on the Weight Watchers points system but honestly didn't work out. So, I really just lost fat. It wasn't a crash diet or anything.

Now, I am still trying to stay within a certain points range and am working out 3-4 times a week doing cardio, pilates and ab classes. I haven't done much with weights lately, maybe that will help.

Jesica:

Weight Watchers just didn't work for me. It wasn't until I started working with a doctor that my health and my weight really got straightened out.

I'm not an expert on Weight Watchers but I THINK that it just monitors how many calories you take in, right? Does it look at WHAT type of calories you're taking in (how many protein, carbs, fat)? What is a typical day's food intake for you?

Weight training will definitely help as well.
