I'm rather excited to find a forum about weight loss that doesn't seem to be biased! That was tough to find. *grins*

I started at 210, now working my way down to at least 140. I'm at 206 now. That's after two or three weeks of trying to re-adjust my diet and exercise.

I've got a rather intense work out system in place, based off of the One Body, One Life book. It combines strength training, yoga, pilates... etc. Maybe some of you have already read it.

I keep reading news and stuff on the web to figure out what else I can do.

I have the hardest time with veggies. I just can't stand the things. There's very few veggies I will get myself to eat.

I've been using FitDay to keep track of my calorie count. I used to find it difficult, but once I started really using it, it's so easy to enter food in.

I'll go now, before I write a book, but I'm looking forward to learning more with you all.
