New here - so confused!

Hello everyone,

I have tried and tried to exercise for the past 7 years (after having my daughter) I have bought several workouts in that attempt. But can never stick with any program. I have decided thats enough I just have to do it. The problem is I don't know which one to do. I have Slim in 6, Power 90, several Tae bo videos, The firm, core secrets. (im such a loser I know!!) Anyways, I am 5'2" weigh 120lbs I am 29 years old. I just want to tone up so there is no jiggle especially on my thighs and stomach. Can someone here help - tell me which one of these workouts will be most effective? The only thing that I am most concerned about it I have kind of a flat butt:eek: I am self concious about it and have read that squats, lunges and dead lifts are what I can do to increase and tone this area. But the weights will using 10 pound weights in each hand help or no? PLEASE someone help guide me!!!
 
I'd say combine cardio and strength training to give you well-rounded approach. The taebo videos should be good for the cardio, and your weights (including higher poundages as needed) should provide a good strength workout.
