Hi guys, im new here and ready to start shedding the pounds. I know it boils down to eating many small meals per day right, but how small are small? Sorry I just have questions, im always willing to learn more when it comes to losing weight. If I eat say just one burger every 3 days would I gain alot of weight? Anyways im ready for any extra advice, thanks

No it doesnt

it boils down to using more calories than you take in... that can be 20 meals a day or 3 meals a day - whatever works within your calorie range.
