New Here, Need To Find Complete Fitness Course

Hello,

Ive just found this forum.

I'm not new to training but im now in preseason and im looking for a complete step by step fitness training course or ebook. This would include,aerobic,weights,nutrition, and possibly stuff like plyometrics,pychology etc.

I need something thats step by step and can guide me for the next six months or so,my sport is soccer. I want to increase speed,endurance, and strength.

Anyone that can pont me in the right dierection would be great

Then why do you need psychology?

-And if you are not new to training, why do you need a complete course and assume you can learn everything from a book?

Most people take years to learn their bodies well enough to understand proper methodology. A book will not do the trick. Based on your statements, I would assume you should hook up with a trainer to learn all you can.

I am sure all trainers consider themselves to be the best around, so pointers from the memebrs of this board would confuse you more. The bottom line is that nobody can know your body as well as you. Add a trainer for some technique, and learn what you need to take yourself to where you want to go.

-That would be the best course around.
