New here & looking for recipe

Hello there,
some time ago I came across very good recipe for loosing weight, but I forgot some of the ingredients.
Just hope someone have seen it or knows the recipe .
It started with 2-3 strips of fried bacon, 1-2 boiled eggs and fresh grape juice .
Lunch , I think was similar.
Dinner, regular, anything .

Dose anybody recalls this recipe ?

I think you are talking about Atkins Diet with your brief info.....

One of their menu is...

Breakfast: eggs, scrambled or fried in butter with bacon, ham or canadian bacon
Decaf. Coffee or Tea
Drink More: water

Lunch: 1 cup salad greens
1 cup sliced turkey or ham (sugarfree)
2 tbsp sugar free Dressing of choice

Dinner: 2 cups salad greens with 2 tbs dressing or 1 cup steamed vegetables assorted, from the permissible vegetable list
- Steaks, roasts, chops or fish
- Diet jello with artificially sweetened heavy cream

Snack Ideas: 2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 serving sugarfree jello
