Hey Im a 21 year old male (just turned it) anyways im looking for somthing special

About 3-4 years ago I weighed around 165 at my height of around 6'2-6'3

anyways I loved that look for me and im looking to get back to that form. Thing is im around 200-205 and I wanna lose the weight and not gain much muscle. I wanna just look thin like I did before. Is their any possible way of doing this in e ahealthy maner?

ANy recomendations are appreciated. Also I enjoy going out with my friends to drink so any tips for that are appreciated too
 
Hello redsox! I'm sunshine and i'm here looking for weight loss tips too.
I think that you should review your eating habits and stay away from sugary, starchy and oily foods. Also avoid eating fast food and drink plenty of water. If you have time you can go for jogging, swimming, walking.........
