Hi everyone. I'm Diana Smith and I've been losing weight for about a year now. At first I struggled quite badly and "cheated". It is difficult but have faith and realise that you will get where you want if you get at it. I got help from a friend when he showed me this.

It didn't work and I struggled for about 3 weeks. But slowly started losing weight. After about 4 months of using this method. I scrapped it and went on independently and since then things have gone well. Those who want to take a leap and go for the above link, trust me, do it and you will see some results -Slow, but results. Good luck and happy to discuss how my journey has been so far.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid that new people are not allowed to leave any links - and in addition we have some quite strict rules over anyone posting links that leads to commercial sites... I'm afraid that the link that you posted falls into that category too - so I had no option but to removed it.

I am pleased that things have gone well and you have lost weight.

I note from the link that you used intermittent fasting as your method of weight loss. I am not surprised that you found it difficult. I would find it hard. I like eating too much for that to be right for me.
