I live in Orchard Park, NY (near Buffalo). Looking to make some friends with positive outlooks on life.
I have had a cervical spine & lumbar spine fusions, suffer from migraines and other issues due to an auto accident. I lost my mother suddenly last year and my MIL this past Aug, to cancer. Yes, a little depressing, but have to look on the positive side of life. Other than listed, I am a healthy 47 yr old, looking to make some positive things happen.
Any helpful hints on losing weight would be greatly appreciated.
