Hi guys, I'm an 18-year-old college student that has been fighting weight since I can remember. I've had some (very) minor successes in the past, but this is it. I've had enough, and I'm going to shed some pounds.
It's tough, though. My campus has a limited selection of food, and I have no idea what's been added to it. Counting calories like I'm doing is hard when you have mystery food on your plate. Also, I have no access to workout machines or dumbbells, and there is no gym in the city.
Also, if anyone is willing to weight-loss-buddy-up (preferably another person with 100lbs over) that would be excellent! Motivation is always my downfall.
