new here but not new to losing weight. Need motivation.

First of all, a little background about me.

I am 30 years old, male. I have been overweight for most of my life. Not really that fat but more to the chubby side.

In my late teens, I was upto 260 lbs. After getting engaged, and before getting married, I lost 100 lbs in one year by jogging 3 times per week and eating an all vegetarian diet.

Now, almost ten years later, I am back upto 240 lbs and staying motivated is tough. I am married and have 2 girls. my work schedule is kind of odd since I work evening shift and spend the morning sleeping until around 11:00 am. I start work at 3:00 pm til 11:00 pm. But these are all excuses :smash:.

My height is 5 foot 7 inches. Ideally i should be around 160ish but i would be happy even to get to 180, which would mean to lose 60 lbs.

I have already altered my diet to include more salads and fish, and water. I just need to work on my cravings for sweet.

Also, need to stay motivated like I was before to continue with my jogging.

I hope with the help from this forum, i can get back to where I was before and feel good again.
