hey, so i'm maddie, i'm only 14 but i'm on here to hopefully find new ways to lose some weight for the upcoming summer and just in general... my diet is relatively healthy although i would like to make a few changes however i can't as i don't cook the food in the house. i have started working out every couple of days using an app on my phone (nike training club)- and i obviously haven't seen any changes yet as i have only worked out twice but i hope to sometime soon..what i was wondering, is that if i do roughly 4 workouts lasting for about 30-45 mins a week and 40 situps every other day i don't workout, how much weight would i loose? or would i loose any weight at all? (these workouts are cardio workouts) but please i am desperate to know!!
