new here, 2 week progress(bulking), suggestions?

Hi everyone. I'm new here.

Well yeah, I've always been into staying in shape. For some reason though, it's *really* hard for me to gain(healthy) weight. Usually I would lift weights for a few months, and alternate with body weight exercise. After getting really bad tendinitis in my elbows though, I had lost about 12 lbs over 5 months, most probably being muscle. Not 100% back yet, but I am good enough to train I feel : ) Anyway, I'm most likely going to Kuwait in a month or so, so I'm trying to gain a lot of muscle before I do because I know the training will probably involve a lot of running.

2-3 weeks before these shots I spent getting my arms back up to par, but here's the progress for my actual attempts to bulk so far.

I apologize in advance for the seriousness of them, as I'm not so much... lol :p Also, the only place I could manage to take a decent shot with this cheap cameraphone was in the Basement(which explains the scenery) -_-

So yeah... What I've been trying to do to gain weight is basically just consume a lot of calories(I think somewhere between 3000-3500 every day). This includes 2 50g protein shakes, Oatmeal for breakfast and I make sure to include protein in the rest of my meals.

I do a full body workout 2 days a week for an hour and a half which consists of weighted body exercise(Pullups/chinups + 10lb dumbbells, dips + 10lb dumbbells, pushups w/35lbs * 3 or 4 * 10 reps), bench press, incline, flies, rows, shoulder raises up, left & forward(don't remember the names), followed by barbel curls and a random tricep excercise, Power squats, calf raises. I've been trying to vary things a bit to get better results.

Anyway, this is basically it so far. I haven't weighed myself, I don't have a scale and I feel visible results are better than a measurement. Anyone have any comments/suggestions? I'll try to work hard and post again in 2 weeks(and include back, etc next time).
