Hello hello,
I'm very glad to have found this community. I was afraid that by typing "weight loss forum" into a search engine, I bound to get a bunch of fad-diet websites, but this was the very first one that came up.
I'm 26 years old. My weight is not a huge problem, and it never has been, but, simply put, I am just not comfortable with my body and I think that my eating habits could use a lot of improvement.
In March, I broke my left tibia, and my eating habits have been pretty roller-coaster-ish since then. I'm here to try to get and stay on smart, level ground. Right after my injury/surgery, I was lucky to eat once a day because moving was so difficult and I didn't have many people around to help me with meals. Once I had the strength and ability to eat, you could say (putting it lightly) that I made up for lost time.
Anyway, I'm sure all of this and more will come up in future posts, so I'll conclude now by saying "Hello!" one more time. Hope everyone is having a good start to the week.
