New Guy

Hello All,

About 2 months ago i was a 20 year old 6 foot tall 260 pound guy, however about a month and a half ago i started working out, and as of today i am 15 lbs lighter and feel like i have more energy. I usually do 30 minutes of Cardio every day in the form of a cycle bike and have been increasing distance every day. From 9 miles in 25 minutes to 11 miles in 30 minutes today. I also do weights every other day. I am looking to lose weight and increase muscle, and i look forward to getting some tips on living a healthier life, and sharing my experiences.
