New Guy

Hi everyone, I'm here for support and guidance on my exercise routines and general health. I am a 22 yr old male, 5'9, and 225 lbs(broad shoulders and a gut). I just got into exercising about a month ago, because I was able to finally make the mental leap between hating my body and wanting to change that, to loving my body enough to put it before my wants. Right now I have reduced the quantity and changed the quality of the food I eat, and do kenpo x (a cardio routine from p90x) every day. I strive every day to be more intense with the workout and always feel great after my workout, but recently I've been feeling like I need something more, maybe something once or twice a week that will put the hurt on me and help really drop the inches. Any suggestions/comments?
