Hello all. I am new here and wanted to introduce myself. I used to be a PT for 24hr fitness a few years back, so I have knowledge about working out and nutrition, I have just been tied to a desk job for about 5 years and have gained some weight. I need to lose about 40LBs to be happy again. I hope this forum gives me some motivation and some new tips. I am guessing people here also support each other's goals which would be kind of cool too.
