New Guy

Hey Everyone-

My name's Aaron Smyth and i've been working out for about 4 years now. I'm in college in NYC and i'm having a hard time balancing school/work/working out/ life. working out usually gets cut, unfortunately... but i'm still extremely passionate about it and work out wheneve I can.

My specialties are nutrition and triceps exercises... for some reason, that's the only muscle I've ever really managed to develop, but I managed to do it reasonably well enough.

One thing I would like help with is keeping my energy up during the day... I eat every three or so hours but I can't help feeling really drowsy a lot of the time... a lot of it has to do with me not sleeping enough, but i'm so busy right now that it's not really possible.

I'd love to meet anyone else in the NYC area who's into fitness, girls especially, so don't hesitate to pm me.

can't wait to get some advice and meet some new people!

Aaron

Perhaps you are not resting even though you are asleep. Try Breath Right strips, I have some sinus/nasal problems and I was experiencing the same thing, the strips really made a huge difference.

Yeah i though it might be something to do with the sleep I am getting... I think i may have some disorder or something. Whatever. My classes are really small, unfortunately, or else that would definitely be naptime. thanks for the welcome
