Hey everyone i just joined and just saying hi. Lets see August 26th i started me diet and so far i lost 14 pounds. I started off weighing in at 296 and im 6'4. So far ive been eating alot of salads and going to the gym a few days a week. So hopefully i can keep going and not let up to those urges. Hope to talk to you all soon.

A bunch of salads huh. Sounds like you could be under-consuming, which may not be bad at the moment, but will certainly wreak havoc later during your quest.

Have you ever heard of

I suggest inputting your intake into that. At your size, you should be eating a good bit of food, even while attempting weight loss.
